Polylink announced its Unified Supporting System is live online today.
Polylink used to provider services by its different subsidiaries’ support channels. This was good for different customers to get fast response from the support staff. While Polylink providers both VoIP system and also provide Telecom services through its subsidiary-Netpromise. Same customer may need help from different support for a single case.
The new system combines all existing resources to make a Unified Platform for our different customers to fast access our supporting network.

Ticket System:
Our trouble ticket system has been live since 1995, when we had our first FoIP(Fax Over IP) network POP in service.
Any outstanding issues reported by customer are logged and it stays Red Open until it is satisfied by our customer. Then this ticket can be closed for future reference.
Polylink announced its new Cost effective All-In-One Box for SME-the IE serial.
Polylink’s IP PBX product family includes IX Serial for large single or multi-locations offices released in 2005, IA for medium to small enterprises released in 2005 and now the smart all-in-one box IE.
IE(IP Express) is design for SME, supports 50 extensions. It includes all the IP PBX features, like: auto-attendant, call forwarding, fax....etc. It also supports voice mail, conference call, simul-ring your office extension with your cell phone, extension to go ...etc.
This All-in-One Box serves all the business telecommunication requirements for a small office.

Polylink released ECM 4.0 Softswitch systems
Polylink announced it Softswitch latest release ECM4.0.
With its over ten years telecommunication expertise and recent years NGN(Next Generation Network) practice, Polylink Softswtich ECM(eTalk Call Manager) has been selected by many ILEC and CLEC operators in China.
ECM 4.0 supports SIP and is design for existing telecom operators to migrate from current infrastructure to next-generation-network. It is a scalable and cost effective turn key solution for CLEC and ILEC as well.
ECM 4.0 has two product line, C-Class and S-Class.
C-Class is the most cost effective solution for CLECs. It is entry level softswitch with lowest engineering resource to operate. Which is ideal for CLEC and other virtual operators. It also can be upgraded to S-Class when needed.

CEC(China Electronic Corp.) has selected Polylink as technology provider.
After a hard run of bid, Polylink has won the technology provider to CEC’s China Nationwide Hosted PBX service. According to the agreement signed on March 13, 2007. CEC will start the hosted service with Polylink’s 200 thousand subscriber system for city of Shanghai, then roll over to other major cities in China within three years. The system will connect with China Unicom (2nd large mobile operator in China) and China Railcom(Fix liner carrier) to provide subscriber low cost telecom services.
