IA (Integrated Analog Interface) series is the 3rd generation of iPBX products from Polylink. The IA creatively integrates analog adapters into the iPBX chassis on a single embedded CPU board. This all-in-one architecture has allowed Polylink to reduce costs for the consumer and offer the lowest costs per seat in the industry for an iPBX office telephone system that supports the legacy PBX structure. This means that users can keep the infrastructure that they have been using and all of the office systems that they are accustomed to while they get the benefit of enjoying the new features of Polylink’s iPBX technology. The IA series is specifically designed for small and medium businesses and it is truly “Plug & Play.”
With this ideal dual-core solution, enterprises can establish their telephony system providing both regular phone services and VoIP services through broadband networks. This flexible model reduces networking costs. When fully configured, the IA Series supports up to 24 FXS extensions and additional 34 IP extensions.
Open Standard The IA series is an open-standard and full-featured IP PBX platform, which compiles with standard telecom signaling and SIP stack 2.0. This open standard allows users to pick from a multitude of compliant applications and appliances (IP Adaptor, IPPhone, softphone) from third party vendors as long as they follow the open standard. Following the Open Standard guarantees the user the most cost-effective applications for your enterprise telephony system.
Cost Effective The IA series is especially convenient for small and medium sized companies. It offers the features of expensive PBXs, like Ring Group, Hunting Group etc. These features are normally not affordable except for large companies, and even then Polylink iPBX has features that those expensive ones can not do, such as Voice-to-email, and Remote Extension.
Easy to Operate and Maintain The IA series provides a simplified, WEB-based administration tool. That is a user-friendly interface and allows you to easily set up and manage your enterprise telephony system. In addition, the GUI interface provides a click-done backup function. The administrator can remotely back up the system configuration with one click. In the future, if you want to restore the configuration you can find and upload the backup file from your local disk. The entire configuration comes back to the state filed and you are fully restored.
Stability The IA series is designed and built on an embedded CPU board with very low power consumption (70w max). It is compact, highly reliable and can operate in harsh environments.
Reliability The features of ARS (Automatic Route Selection) and AAR (Alternate Auto Routing) enables IA to bridge between users and service providers, with ARS to select the least expensive calling options, and AAR to promise the security.
